We accept most insurance plans, HMOs and PPOs. Please ensure that appropriate referrals have been arranged prior to your appointment. It is customary to request payment of fees be arranged at the time services are rendered. Accounts must be paid in full within 90 days of the service rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, Visa and Mastercard.

We realize that medical expenses are usually unexpected and can create hardships. We encourage open communications regarding your ability to pay.
