All prescriptions must be requested during regular office hours. We do not refill or prescribe medications outside of normal business hours. Therefore, please do not wait until you are out of medicine to call us. Your physician may want to see you before authorizing a refill.

Be prepared to give us the following information when you call in a refill request: your name and telephone number, the name and telephone number of your pharmacy, and a detailed description of the medication including the date it was last refilled.
